Stationary at our 9 acres in Sweeny, TX. We are located at the dead end of a private drive just 5 minutes from the Phillips 66 Refinery, 30 minutes from Lake Jackson, 20 minutes from Bay City, and 40 minutes from the beach!
The camper will have full hook-ups (water, 30 amp electric, and sewer) included in the rate. There’s also an option to boondock further out on our land, near a pond, for even more privacy.
