Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No beach camping or pets allowed onboard.
- The RV should be cleaned (inside, outside and storage compartments) prior to dropping it off; if the RV is not cleaned there will be a fee deducted from the security deposit.
- All tanks must be emptied upon return if black or gray water tanks are not emptied there will be a fee deducted from the security deposit
- If you make any unapproved changes to your booking while on your trip (adding extra days for any reason), you agree to pay $500 inconvenience fee plus any additional days rent.
- Any unapproved RV drop off after 5pm will have to be rescheduled to the following day and will add another day rental fee to the booking.

The trailer was exactly as advertised. Everything was in great working condition. Dennis provided good instruction and very responsive to questions. We would definitely rent this trailer again.
This is a very nice RV with updated suspension and full of options. Dennis is a very knowledgeable and sincere person offering a quality product.
Thank you so much for the detailed review and looking forward to renting you again in the future. I managed to get ahold of a service advisor regarding the clicking noise, apparently it happens when the Cooling is set within 2 degrees from the desired heating temp!! Will be testing that in my trip next weekend and telling future renters if its indeed the reason.
Dennis’ RV was great for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and was easy to pull and get into our spot at a state park. The inclusion of everything you needed was great and allowed us to hitch up and go.
