Pros: Julia was super prompt with responding to our questions, diligently tried to fix the issues we encountered, was very accommodating with our last-minute reservation request, delivered the RV as promised, and graciously agreed to our request to cancel our second day and refund that day's rental fee along with some of the taxes and insurance.
Thank you for your honest review. As you stated it was last minute for the booking, we did our best to get everything ready in time. We have problem solved the steps and currently fixing that issue along with water hookups. We will also update the pictures to accurately portray our RV for our listing! Thank you again for being understanding and communicating all issues with us!
