We gave Ravi a three star rating only because the propane heater didn’t work, so we were without hot water. The heater was also blowing cool air. Fortunately the temps were mild for November. However, Ravi was very helpful trying to help us get the propane working and very responsive to our needs. He was also very apologetic and refunded some of the cost for the inconvenience.
Awesome trailer for my camping weekend. Ravi was very helpful and I would rent from him again. Thanks!
