RV was as expected. Helpful walkthrough of features. We had some trouble with a tripped fuse and Abner and Nick were available to walk us through it until it was resolved. The check in and check out process was exceptional though. Pick up and drop off were so easy, which is remarkable given how many vehicles they had coming in at the same time.
Very nice rental RV. Walkthrough prior to departure was very knowledgeable and thorough. RV was easy to drive, back-up camera made parking very easy. All needed items included (Sewer hoses, water hoses). RV had automatic stabilizer system, so no need to bring cordless drill. Outdoor TV had local, over-air reception, which was nice.
