Jacob was very helpful with setting up the time and place for pickup, along with the tour of how everything worked. They even set up a care package for our Disney trip that our kids really enjoyed.

Jacob and Heather made it super easy to rent, and were great with communication, pick up and drop off. They even gave us a very thoughtful basket of goodies for our weekend music festival. Would definitely recommend! The RV was clean, in good condition and easy to use.
