Ken is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was a fun little camper and everything in it was easy to use and worked well
The unit was at least what was advertised if not more. I really liked the setup-it is perfect for boon-docking. The trailer is pretty small. I do not recommend more than 2 adults and 2 kids, and even then it would be tight. If your family expects to be spending a lot of time inside during your outing you might want to look at bigger options.
Ken was very responsive. We ended up having a mechanical problem with our personal tow vehicle which was unrelated to the trailer. Ken helped us locate a mechanic and deal with the trailer while we were sorting things out. I have no hesitation from renting from Ken again....the trailer was great but the customer support was world class.
Ken is great! Very professional and very responsive. The RV was outstanding and we would definitely recommend doing business with Ken to anyone who wants to rent an RV. Great experience!
