Michael’s RV is very new and of a perfect size for us two couples. This is our first time renting a RV, Michael communicated in a very organized fashion, sharing a few technical YouTube clips about the model a few days before. When we met, he walked us through all the features and shared his experience of Yellowstone. Overall, an excellent RV experience.
