• The exterior was filthy, I had to wash the rig
• The cab was filthy, I had to vacuum the cab
• Unit needs a muffler, very loud
• The rig pulled slightly to the right, making the driving experience less the desirable
• The RV interior was fairly clean
• Two of the three ceiling fans did not work
• One of three stove burners did not work
• The tanks level gauges did not work
• The screen door did
I maintain the interior and rig cleanliness for each rental. I apologize for the peeling "pleather" on the front seats and have been looking for a solution. The screen is in good condition, and the defective battery has been replaced under warranty. While gauges may not be 100% accurate, I ensure the water tank is full and the septic tank is empty for each rental.

The RV was ok, since we did not expect it to be in perfect condition after the hurricane. However, after dropping off the RV in the same condition we had gotten it in, and informing her it was there for her to pick up, she accused us of things that we did not do and had nothing to do with when she picked it up hours later.

I never expect my RV to be returned in perfect or clean condition, but there was food left everywhere (floors, bed, loft, couch, etc.
We had a great time with this RV. We dry camped in northern FL and it was perfect. Drove easy and the generator was easy to use. Will definitely plan to rent this RV again. Comfortable beds and nice amenities included.

We feel very fortunate to have rented Katrina‘s RV since it was so last minute. They already met our needs however it’s more designed for a young family. My fiancé‘s feet hung over the end of the bed, he’s 6 feet tall. Because I’m not feeling well I slept separate unfortunately I’m only 4 feet 10 and fit in the sleep area that was converted from the kitchen.
