We rented for 4 days and had a great time. The RV drove very nicely and everything worked as expected. As with camping, prepare to bring all your own things, bedding, utensils, paper goods, etc. Cathy and Jose were great to work with and very flexible and accommodating.
Unfortunately, I would not rent from this owner again. The biggest issue was that she indicated on the departure form that there was absolutely NO damage to the RV on pickup when there obviously was. Jose pointed it out to us and he took photographs when we picked up the RV (Catherine was not present). So we were a shocked to receive the departure form stating that there was no damage.
Biggest issue to the renter: the departure form was incorrect in that it indicated there was no exterior damage. The owner confused their other Class C RV with the one the renter was using. At orientation, the owner pointed out to the renter (1) dent in rear bumper (2) dent in storage door (3) fog light cover missing.
This camper drove better than any other motor home I have rented. Would rent any other mercedes-Benz sprinter van!
We had a great trip! Owners walked us through trouble shooting as it was our first family RV trip. Looking forward to renting from this owner again.
Overall it was a fair experience. Unfortunately the trailer was filthy and my wife and I had to wipe everything down with sanitizer before we could even begin to pack. The table was covered in greasy smudges and we could see food particles along top of couch and counter. The hot water tank never worked and the television did not work.
The Entegra was clean and sanitized upon delivery-however the renter said his wife alway re-cleans. Both hot water heater and TV were operational but
the renter needs to know and remember how to operate. We have all 5 star reviews! We could not make this renter happy-it happens.
We had a great three week trip with over 3K miles. The RV was easy to drive and very comfortable to live in.
Catherine and Jose were great answering questions and accommodating us to ensure a fantastic journey!
