We had a wonderful weekend with "Billy". Very comfy bed, and everything we needed. Michelle even spoke German, and we had a great time. Couldn't have been better.
We rented an RV from Michelle and had a number of issues. They provided a damaged sewer hose, so human waste was ejected through the multiple holes, which we spent a long horrible time cleaning up. Then, we found that upon return, they tried to charge us for multiple issues that already existed and for which they had no photos as documentation.
I am so sorry your experience was not as expected. The sewage hose was unacceptable and we did offer to try and reimburse you for a new one or have one purchased. We have a policy allowing renters to purchase unforeseen things like leaky hoses. As far as the damage goes, I am sorry that you damaged our unit, and do not like being held accountable.
"Billy" was great, and the owner (Michelle) could not have been more helpful. Normal pick up time is 4pm, but because we were driving several hours to her location, she let us stay in the RV on her property the night before for free, then take off the next morning.
The RV was stocked with everything that was represented.
Fun times...even though the fish weren't biting hardly at all.
“Billy” the RV had everything you could need for your trip. Both Michelle and her husband Wayne were so helpful, they gave us ideas on where to stay prior to our ultimate destination & even after our rental as we are on a long road trip. Everything worked and had no issues with anything. We would definitely rent from them again! Thanks for making our trip so wonderful!
Had a blast staying in "Billie". Felt like it was my very own Motorhome. We were super impressed with the comfort of the king sized bed and mattress. Look forward to booking Billie again in the future... :)
