Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No hauling. Delivery only.
- If using awning, renter takes full responsibility for any costs due to damage. If there is any heavy wind, rain or storms, the awning must be taken in.
- Do not plug anything into the outlets besides phones before checking with us. Fuses will be blown otherwise. Things such as electric skillets, blow dryers cannot be used.
- Camper must be completely cleaned after use or cleaning fee will be charged. Use cleaning spray for kitchen countertops, stove, microwave, fridge, shower, toilet, floor, etc. Empty all garbage.
- Disposable plates, cups, plasticware use strongly recommended or grey tank will fill quickly from sink use.

The RV was as advertised, brand new and clean. Ashley delivered the RV and set it up before we even arrived to the camp site. She picked it later after we left. She made the whole process easy and smooth. She was always call or a text away and very prompt to answer any question.

Excellent RV! It has everything plus much more. I went with my 5 month old and 6 year old for a week camping trip. It would fit a family of 5 very comfy. Ashley did such a great job getting it into the campsite, and set everything up. It was perfect. I highly recommend.
