The RV was in good condition and well cared for. We had never driven or cared for an RV. The owner was very diligent and clear in answering all our questions. In fact he bent over backwards when we were having a problem during the trip.

Cuong was very awesome to work with and replied to me right away whenever i had any questions. RV was super clean and had a very nice time renting it, handled and drove super well also.
Renting from Cuong was a pleasure. Everything was hassle free and he was easy to get a hold of and flexible. We wanted to have our last night further from his location so he gave us extra time to get back which was greatly appreciated. The camper was easy to drive and comfortable with everything we needed/wanted. We would rent from Chong again without hesitation.

We had high expectations, and they were exceeded Great experience. Cuong went above and beyond to accommodate us and his communication was excellent. This was our first RV experience so we were full of questions, particularly because our trip coincided with the crazy weather/big snowstorm of late 2021 early 2022. With Cuong’s advice it was largely a non-issue and we had an awesome trip!
