Very nice unit. Very friendly owners but terrible at communication. Originally my drop off time was 6pm and week of rental I was told they were dropping off at 2pm. I had to change my plans to make it there by 2pm. They set the unit up but failed to hook up the sewer drain hose. When asked about the hose , I was told we would never fill the tanks in 3 days. After the 1st night our tanks were full.
Hey Jack! I wish you would've got back with me about this. When we got the camper back from you, the black tanks were not even 2/3 full. They were 1/3. Both of them. You may have been looking at the gray tank where your shower water goes.
And I'm sorry about the time change! Zach couldn't end up taking it until 10pm that night because he had to get his daughter last minute.
Overall, good experience. We have rented before, and this RV was clean and well stocked. Our only issue is with the dump tanks being full when we received the RV. Thankfully, our friends had a portable dumping tank. Otherwise, not sure what we would have done.
