- Absolutely no feminine products of any kind should go into the black tank. Use only provided toilet paper or RV septic safe toilet paper. Use provided black tank drop-in packets after every clean out
- We do not allow the use of the RV rooftop. Any evidence of rooftop usage (shoe prints, trash, sagging areas) will result in a complete loss of your entire security deposit + replacement.
- Tire pressure must be maintained on the FRONT TIRES SHOULD BE 60LBS AND ON THE BACK TIRES IT SHOULD BE 80LBS.
- There is NO SMOKING allowed in the RV. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected you will be charged a minimum fee of $1500. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Renter must read, agree to, and sign the SRA as seen in the "Owner Rental Agreement" or the rental will not be released and no refunds will be provided. No negotiations at pickup permitted.
