- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No Dogs, cats or any animals allowed.
- No smoking of any sort.
- No cleaning fish or any seafood or cooking it inside of RV.
- The outside grill on RV is not for use. If used you will pay 150.00 cleaning fee.
- Rv must be cleaned and swept and moped before checking out. 150.00 cleaning fee will be charged from your deposit if RV is left dirty.
There is no generator in this rental.
All camping must be done with sewer, water and electric hookups.
No boondocking.
RV must be cleaned by user before it is returned. If camper is not cleaned a 150.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
