This was our first RV trip and I'm glad we rented the Winnebago Travato from Andrew. The whole process was smooth and he carefully explained the use and operation of all the features to novices like us. The Travato was very easy to drive and very comfortable for the long weekend trip my wife and I took up to the Finger Lakes region in NY.
Lovely RV and just the configuration we were looking for. Murphy bed allows for bike storage for transport and bathroom access while the bed is down. Having the extra bathroom sink is a definite plus. Very responsive host and accommodating beyond words😊
What a pleasure working with Andrew. Great communication before. During and after the rental. This was a quick requested rental and Andrew was able to accommodate. Bed was very comfortable. All the hook ups. Water waste and electricity were on point. Fridge was very big for the size of the Rv. Very impressed and will be s repeat customer when I’m ready for the next trip!!
We liked pretty much everything about the van and our camping experience. It was clean, well-stocked with plates, bowls, utensils, etc and everything worked. The bed was very cozy and the a/c kept us cool and comfortable (we were in the hot, humid South in the summertime). For a large vehicle, it handled well with the cab-forward cockpit providing a safe, all-around view.
We rented the Travato for a long USA road trip. Communication with the owners was prompt, pleasant, and super helpful when needed. Highly recommended.
Our purpose was to evaluate RV experience and this van was very good to do that and showed that we can do RVing
