- * NO SMOKING, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. A penalty fee of $750 plus the actual professional cleaning.
- * Waste tanks must be emptied prior to return or a dump fee of $100 will be assessed.
- * RV must be returned cleaned "rental" ready (cleaned & in same condition as picked up in) to avoid a cleaning fee of up to $600 (assessed at $75/hour.).
- * Motorhome shall be returned with full tank of gas to avoid any refueling charges.
- Motorhome and all accessories shall be returned in same condition as rented
