- NO SMOKING, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. A penalty fee of $750 plus the actual professional cleaning.
- Renter is fully responsible for roof and backing-related damage. Renter must be aware of vehicle height (12.5') and use extreme caution when backing or driving under trees, canopies, or structures.
- RV must be returned cleaned "rental" ready (cleaned & in same condition as picked up in) to avoid a cleaning fee assessed at $90/hour, based on actual time to return RV to pre-trip cleanliness.
- All waste tanks (black and gray) must be fully emptied prior to return. Failure to do so will result in a $100 dump and sanitation service fee.
- RV and all accessories must be returned in the same general condition as received and with a full fuel tank. Fuel replacement and/or damage charges may apply if not returned/refueled as required.
