Absolutely awful never got our credit back don't use these ppl tons of issues with RV or company rv share was horriable !
THIS RENTER NEVER USED OR DROVE THE RV. THE RV WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION-THERE WERE NO ISSUES, ALL SYSTEMS WERE OPERATIONAL. THERE WAS A HAIRLINE CRACK IN THE WINDSHIELD BY THE DASHBOARD. THE RENTER WAS OFFERED A DUPLICATE RV THATWAS READY TO GO. THE RENTER REFUSED AND CANCELLED THEIR TRIP THE DAY THEY WERE TO DEPART. PER THE CANCELLATION POLICY, THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND.
This was an absolute horrific experience, and we had to abandon our trip after only 1 day. The unit was unsafe with multiple systems not functional such as the refrigerator did not cool, blind spot monitor, stabilizers, house battery failure, a/c so loud you could not hold a normal conversation( and no way to adjust the blower speed), we got 13.
