- You must return the unit with all tanks dumped and on empty. If not, there will be a $150 fee imposed.
- You must have camper returned to condition in which it was rented. All surfaces clean.
- You must put away awning at night and during any windy conditions. You will be responsible for awning damage if any incurs.
- Delivery time is based on us leaving home at 3 p.m. to get to your location, unless otherwise arranged. Pick up time is 12 noon unless arranged prior to booking.

This was my second year booking the “Fun Finder.” Just like last year it contributed to us having a wonderful camping trip. Julie and Riley are great to work with. They even made some upgrades since last year the standout being extremely sturdy new stairs. It’s great renting from an owner who takes pride in their RV.

We love this Julie and Riley's camper. Communication is amazing. Setup was seamless. Camper is super clean. Beds are unbelievably comfortable. Kitchen has everything you will ever need. Do not hesitate to rent this camper. We will definitely be renting more than once next season.
