We had it dropped off at Fisheating Creek for a 4 night stay and it was great. Albert was there on time to drop it off and pick it up. No issues. The bed was very comfortable and the electric fireplace/heater worked great as we had temperatures in the low 40's.
There were ants in the camper that got into our cereal and other food. We had rented the camper for over a week so paid over a $1,000 total with the $75 insurance, but we were charged an additional $25 because a window piece broke when my husband closed it (it was a wear and tear issue) . Also the bathroom was very small, even for a RV.
Albert was easy to work with, great communication and the camper was clean and had everything we could have ever needed!
