Howdy! I recently graduated from Texas A&M and will be starting my Masters soon. The RV is not brand new as stated in the ad and needs some repairs. At the time there was no awning as pictured. Also be aware that it had no bedding or cooking utensils of which coming from overseas it should come with the basics for a road trip.
