Overall a great experience. I'd recommend having some trailer experience prior to renting a trailer, but Ryan can walk you through anything you need to know before you go. Ryan was super flexible with everything which just make is easier in general since I had some time restrictions to work with.
Ryan is awesome. Very communicative and flexible. This RV was perfect for us. It's a basic model-- nothing fancy-- but it has everything you need when you're camping.
This was our first time renting an RV trailer and Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. The RV is a bit smaller than we anticipated (but that's our bad really for not paying attention to the size) but had everything we needed for a short trip. Ryan was very accommodating and made sure we knew everything we needed to properly operate the trailer. We'll be back!
These guys were great and the unit met our needs very well.
