Cori was super cool to rent from. He was very informative about the care of his RV and maintained professionalism.
I caused damage to one of the door panels but was very honest and transparent about it, immediately after it happened. Cori notified us of the cost and told us to enjoy our vacation.
Cori was very attentive and responsive when needed.
Thanks for the feedback, accidents happen so as long as nobody was hurt, things can be fixed. I agree about slow claims.....They haven't settled up with me on my end either. I've had to stop renting the RV until things are back up to speed & items fixed...not a big deal however not a good experience on my end either from them. they emailed me Tuesday, I emailed them back...
