Problems when we parked the RV at our destination. Gray water back up into the shower! Owner said dump the gray water, but to do so, the black water needed to be dumped as well. Unfortunately, we were provided an RV for rental which had NOT been dumped from the previous renter! I had to dump the previous renters SHIT, even though we hadn't and didn't plan to use the toilet in the RV.
This was my first ever RV rental experience and it was great! RV owner Sameer made it super easy for us and was a wonderful resource. His RV performed flawlessly and handled over 2000 miles like a champ! A few times I had questions and he responded to my texts within minutes. He even went out of his way to locate a waste dump station near my house to use prior to return.
This RV match our expectations and Sameer is very helpful, we had a good vacation.
Great RV that is very easy to drive for any novice. RV was very manageable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Used it for 3 nights and could easily use it for longer stays. Sameer did a great job explaining everything when we picked it up and was available through text or phone when we were away.
This was my husband and I's first RV experience and Sameer was available to check in on us and answer our questions. I highly recommend this camper.
