The office staff is top notch. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Kirk is responsive no matter what time you call, even if you are like me and call at 10:30 pm. 100@% willing to do what it takes to make sure your experience is a positive one.

we loved the RV and would do it again
Great communication and great vehicle! We loved renting from Kirk and Melissa. We would definitely rent again.
Do not rent from these guys. They run what looks like a legit operation but will claim damages days later after you return and keep your security deposit. We spent 15 minutes walking through the RV upon return and nothing was noted. They went through a complete check list examining every closet door, drawer and visually inspecting everything. Days later RVShare notifies me damage was reported.
Mike when damage is done we have no choice but to respond the way we did. It's unfortunate that this damaged occurred and you don't know what we have to go through in order to make these repairs and keep the units as top shape rentals. Whether you rent from an individual or business does not give you the rights to damage their unit and and just walk away.
