- Use ONLY RV toilet paper (supplied) and do not insert any feminine sanitary products, baby wipes, flushable wipes, paper towels, etc. in the toilet.
- Do not allow grease or food debris to be placed in sink drains. Sink drains and gray tank cannot accommodate grease or food debris.
- Illegal activity is prohibited within the camper by the renter and the occupants. The owner will comply with law enforcement, concerning all inquiries related to illegal activity.
- Don’t climb on the roof. Pets only if approved beforehand. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside camper.
- Do not leave awning out over night or during inclement weather. Wind damage is the most common and pricey damage to travel trailers. The security deposit may not be enough to cover the total cost!

Awesome, Absolutely awesome. I've never rented a camper off of rvshare.com before. So I was kinda nervous going this route, but Tim made this pretty easy for me. My wife and I needed a rental camper for the kings royal weekend at eldora speedway. He was able to Drop it off and pick it up. He dropped it off in the same time frame as when he said back in February. When he dropped it off.
Great well-kept camper, entire experience was very easy and efficient. Definitely recommend!

My group and I had a great experience with Tim and the camper rental. Communication was great from initial reservation to pickup. I definitely recommend and would rent again!
Price was great the kitchen vent didn't seem to operate, could have been user error :) no glasses, dishes, pans or glasses...luckily, we had some on the other camper we rented. Tim was VERY responsive and felt i was taken care of.
We had a rather unusual need for a long-term rental and Tim and his Camper were the perfect choice for us. We needed the Camper to give us extra living space at our son's home during a season when it had to be winterized so we didn't have access to water or waste. We utilized the bathroom facilities in our son's home but also had a compost toilet for use in the night! It actually worked out great.
