Nate was very friendly and accommodating! The camper was in excellent condition.
We loved the RV but we got charged for a Broken bed frame when we know we didn't do ANYTHING out of the norm in there. The Renter told us it has been rented over 10 times this year already. The broken crossbar broke at a knot in the wood and could have been cracked for a while or even broke before we used it.
I'm sorry you feel that way about the camper. I did not say anything about the windows being left open during a storm and the AC being left on after you had left.. I'm simply trying to cover any damages that come up.
