Our family has been enjoying this fifth whee for years. Hunting and camping it sleeps the five of us very comfortably. Bunk beds in the rear, a queen in the front and a table and sofa that both turn into full size beds.

Trailer will come full of fresh water, and with one 7.5 gallon propane bottle for heat/ cooking. Generator gas tank will be full, for additional 7.5 gallon propane tank and 10 gallons of gas for the generator, please select the $50 utility fee to cover those items. Thank you

First, the owner did a great job and spent extra effort delivering it for us to the exact spot we wanted on our lot. When we arrived, chairs and a table were set up under the awning and the inside smelled very clean. The RV is very nice and spacious on the inside and had every amenity needed. The nights were pretty cold, and the heat worked great. Beds were comfortable as well.
