Excellent. Personally went through the trailer showing how to operate everything. After pickup, they were always on standby for a call or text with a question.
This is a great little trailer, equipped with everything we needed for a few days of camping. It's lighter than most and easy to tow, though it pushed the limits of our Subaru Outback.
We had a great time with this camper with our family of 4 in Yellowood State Forest. It was clean, well-maintained , had a very easy pickup/drop-off, and a very communicative owner who provided explanations of how to use all features made our trip extremely enjoyable. Also, having some kitchen utensils, plates, and a coffee maker makes packing less of a burden.
Scott made sure we were happy through the trip!
Great customer sercice, Scott is very friendly and prompt. He answered every question I had, camper was awesome, clean, and worked how he described. I would recommend this to any one. This was the first time I have ever done this and he made the experience awesome.
