This RV was a mess. Very dirty upon pickup. Multiple things not working...stabilizers, headlight (1 regular and 1 bright), backup and mirror cameras, oven, stereo, no wiper fluid. Dash panel bounces up to 4-5 inches, probably the cause of stereo and cameras not to work. Cabinets and drawers were continually opening while driving.
It was so easy working with Shawn. He is fast thorough and personable. There were a couple of times we had questions while on our trip and he answered the phone each and every time. He never made us feel like we were putting him out. We went from Woodland, to Phoenix Arizona, back to Ventura, and home. It was a wonderful trip for our family... Thank you Shawn.
