We reserved this RV in June. If we had been able to read Leafords review, not renting this RV would have been a no brainer. Phillip did not fix the blackwater tank sewage leak. He was still using temporary license tags illegally. The only thing that worked was the fridge. The RV ...

Cleanliness was a big problem - very unclean. Parts broken / not working (generator not working, cabinet doors broken, window shades broken, external storage doors without locks / broken).

Phillip is very friendly and helpful. We are first-time renters and he was very helpful when we couldn't figure a few things out. All we had to do is call and he walked us through.

Our insurance covered the rental and I signed off on the rental agreement stating so, still got charged for the RV share rental policy and they refuse to refund. RV was not clean and full of pet hair.
