If you are expecting a brand new tricked out RV Frannie is not for you but she definitely met all our needs on an awesome week long camping trip through the Bighorn Mountains with our family of four. Matthew and Jessica are easy to work with and went out of their way to answer our questions and provided all the information we needed to ensure smooth operation of the rig.

This RV is very clean, completely operational, beautifully decorated, and the host and hostess were extremely helpful and accommodating. Would rent this RV again in a heartbeat. This RV was also very reasonably price compared to others in the area. Matthew and Jesse are wonderful people and we loved their RV, Franny.
