- 1. No pets of any kind./ Forfeit deposit 2. No smoking or vaping./ forfeit deposit. 3. First two hours late $40 second hour to 6th 1/2 day, 6 or more full day rental fee.
Owners have 2 days to turn in any damage that may be missed at time of drop off. So please tell us because we do a full inspection and detail and find things that were not revealed by Renter and renters deposit will have damages taken out of it.
