We had an outstanding experience in this 5th wheel. Communication with the owners was seamless from the start, making the entire process stress-free. They delivered and set it up for us.
The 5th wheel itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean, and the spacious interior provided all the comfort we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked it was.
This was our first time renting through RV share so we were nervous. We had a wonderful experience! We paid for delivery so Brooks delivered the RV to our campsite and had everything set up for us. This camper is beautiful and very large. My two daughters each got a top bunk and their own space which they loved. We had our own bedroom and bath which we loved.
I just wanted to leave an honest review to spare anyone going through what we experienced. For context, we’ve rented Campers on here for years and never had any issues. We were looking forward to our annual trip and this camper honestly ruined it and forced us to cut our trip a day early because it was so awful.
To start, they arrived and set up hours before we got there.
In record high heat on the 98° humid July days;many RVs couldn't stay cool. I was glad the AC in zones1&3 were cooling into the 70s b4 we left it for you&was cool on pickup day;1zone running.*The back slider doors close. There's a magnet at the bottom that wasn't touching.*You'd turned off the fridge b4 pickup; I couldn't evaluate any issue you'd had.A new thermometer read 41° in 4 hours.
This is the nicest RV I have ever stayed in. Thanks Brooks & Sabrina! See you next time.
