Great experience, really nice people.
Owners were easy to work with. Flexible pickup and drop off times. Battery died and wouldn't hold a charge during the trip. I went and bought a new one, put it in and was promptly reimbursed. I understand this is something that's happens and unforeseen so it wasn't a big deal. One of the level jacks didn't work, no spare tire, tags expired.
In the five or so years that we have been renting RV's for our annual trip, this trailer was the best we have had. Held up great in cold conditions and had plenty of room for us traveling and all of our gear. The trailer pulled really well and was in great traveling condition. We used our own generator for the week and did not have a single problem with power or usage inside the generator.
Had a lot of fun, Raymond was great to rent from. Worry free. Definitely will rent again. Thanks again.
