There were some issues with a late drop off and a worn tire on delivery, but Kevin was very attentive and fair about resolving them. Back to back rentals had affected some deep cleaning tasks with the unit, but that's understandable under the circumstances and wasn't a big deal to take care of. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend.
This was a very positive experience !! Kevin was very responsive and answered all questions. Went out of his way to make sure we had a great vacation.. Will rent from this company again.
Our family had a blast renting this camper! My kids have never had so much fun! Working with Kevin was great. He made the process very smooth and easy from booking to picking up and dropping off the camper. Two thumbs WAY up!
