- Thank you for returning the camper in the same condition if left. This allows you to save by not having to pay cleaning fees. Don't want to clean? No problem, a minimum $49 fee will be applied.
- A fuel surcharge may be added to your delivery fee if diesel fuel prices exceed $4.00/gal at the time of delivery. Calculated by dividing the price difference by 9 mpg x total miles of delivery.
- Vehicle speed not to exceed 75 miles per hour or less depending on vehicles tire rating, manufacturers limits, or posted speed limit. A $30 charge per event may be imposed.

The whole rental process was great. Jim met us at the facility and helped us to get hooked up. This was our first time renting an RV and it all went smoothly. We are thinking of buying an RV and so learned a lot about what we will look for when buying. I would highly recommend renting from Joshua and will again in the future if we don't end up buying. The RV was to be delivered on a Friday after 4:00 pm. We did not received delivery until 10:00 pm that Friday night. We were not able to hook up to electricity because it was too dark to see. I had to call several times Friday night to find out where the RV was. Pick up was to be Sunday after 1:00 pm.
Our delivery driver was unexpectedly hospitalized that morning, and we had to find a backup last minute. We let the renter know it would be a late delivery, but they chose to keep the reservation and we kept communication up throughout. This was an unfortunate and rare situation, and we worked hard to make sure the RV was delivered and their trip could still happen.
We had a wonderful experience. Couldn’t have asked for easier process. Thank you.

Great rv and a great experience.
We have rented this camper in the past and had great experiences. However, this time was not so great. We had a very kind person drop off and set up the camper. Shortly after he left we noticed the camper smelled really really bad. We let the owner know and he sent me a message saying to drop some pods in the toilet and it was probably a sensor.
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in our response. Unfortunately, we were dealing with a family emergency at the time, and our regular delivery driver was on vacation. We understand how important timely service is, and we’re working to ensure this situation does not happen again in the future. Your understanding and continued support mean a lot to us.
Everything was great. Would definitely rent again.
