Tina and Marko were excellent to work with on this trip. They were very friendly.
Marko and Tina were very good communicators before and during our trip. "Harry" the RV was reliable and spacious, despite its age.
Well, this is a review I hope to never have to write. Unfortunately, our experience with Tina and this RV was disastrous. The start of the rental process was very smooth. Tina detailed all of the "maintenance" that she was doing to the RV including adding a new TV and how the cleaning process worked between rentals. I felt like we had chosen well based on this initial experience.
Dan promised a bad review if we did not agree to his request for reimbursement. Here it is.RVShare mediated his request and adjudicated he had no grounds for reimbursement. He was told to pay us for damages/overages he owed.
Fact check 1:We advanced all of the maintenance appts incl. 500 hr gen. service. A part broke due to altitude pressure. Fixed: 1 hour 25 mins. Start to finish.
Tina and Marko are great to work with. Harry was perfect for our Penn State trip! We were late getting back due to traffic and Marko said, "no problem". Very attentive to all our needs. Will definitely be renting from them again.
This is an older RV that has been used. The pictures are not accurate and do not reflect the warn condition of the RV (ex. seat covers, tape holding down stair treads, laminate cracking, etc...). There was a very bad odor from the septic tank that got worse throughout the trip, wipers were old and hard to drive in the rain, etc...
Easy to work with, on time pick up and drop off. RV worked well. Would rent again.
