Lie about existing damages!!!!!for what ever reason you decided to rent this Rv just read the reviews price is cheap but it can cost you a lot more this crook makes his money on insurance claims not renting.

The RV was very clean and as described. It ran well and everything worked. Pick up and drop off couldn’t have been easier. Chad is very easy to deal with.
This owner is easily one of the most dishonest people I’ve ever met. He knowingly rented me the vehicle with significant wear and tear that he purposely hid from me, and then claimed was my responsibility after I returned it.
Unfortunately this renter did damage to the rv and was trying to blame someone else for the issue. When there is an issue you most show the the damage wasn’t there before hand. I went ahead and sent in the video evidence that the damage was not there. Renter was upset that he didn’t sign his end of the insurance paperwork and was held responsible for the damage.
Mechanically sound RV. In good shape for the model year. Family had tons of fun. Chad is very easy and professional to work with. Definitely going to rent from CHAD again.
Not aligned to what is being shown in pictures. Does not fit 7, only 3. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. Beds need to be replaced, very old. Over priced.
Thank you for your review, not sure what you mean by will only sleep 3. There is a queen bed in the bedroom the couch pulls out into a queen bed the table drops down into a twin and then there is room for a queen air mattress on the floor.
