BUYER BEWARE: I would like to WARN anyone to stay away from renting this RV.
These owners scammed my family if $3000, the entire security deposit based upon lies.
The owner claim we did damage, simple scratches and dings without ANY proof whatsoever.
The pre trip pictures they took was from 50 feet away.
Zack's case went to Mediation and insurance. They adjudicated that Zack had to pay the damage he caused to the RV. Everything was documented in before and after pictures so it was a very clear cut case. Zac signed for the damage. What he does not mention is that he consistently created daily issues. From the first day to the last day he had self caused issues.
This RV was very well serviced, Clean and equipped nicely. It over exceeded our expectations and Tina and Marcos do a thorough job going over pre-departure in detail. They were friendly, helpful, and always available if there were additional questions that needed to be asked. The service they provide is outstanding

Marko did a great job educating us and he was right when he told me it would take about 5 minutes and I would be comfortable driving!! Remi was so easy to drive and doing all the hookup stuff was a cinch too!! We LOVED Remi!! Many thanks
Fantastic RV tailgating weekend! We rented this RV for a weekend tailgating trip to Penn State (2 adults and 5 young boys). Tina and Marko were very thorough in our communication leading up to the rental, especially when I reached out due to a negative review which raised some concerns.

We regretfully write this email after a difficult experience with Tina and Marko’s Thor Hurricane RV. My friend Mac and I arrived to pick up the RV in Reading at 2:45 pm on Friday October 26th and Marko arrived shortly after us. Tina arrived shortly after that to check in another customer.
