Great vacation rental. Owner helpful, friendly & flexible. RV in good shape, true non-smoking environment and very clean. We had no problems and would rent again.
Our family had a great vacation in this RV. It was very comfortable, and there were no mechanical problems. Phillip met us at pick up and explained all of the features. It was very clean and ready to drive even though another renter had it the day before. Recommended!
Was a good experience except for the dump process.
Philip and his wife are very good RV owners, their vehicle is maintained very well and clean. They gave a thorough overview of the vehicle and clarified all the questions we had. Philip also helped me attach a bike carrier hitch at the back of the RV. Philip was available to answer any questions during the trip and thanks to him and his wife, we had a wonderful time at Lake Ouachita.
