Description

This listing is brand new, and so is the camper! I'm not going to be free to go camping for the next month, so opening it up for renters to use. I'm working to make sure that all of my renters are Happy Campers in the beautiful Big Sky country! I'm an hour south of Glacier National Park, and the area is brimming with other recreational campgrounds as well.

This adorable little T@b is lightweight, easy to tow, sleeps 2 comfortably and has all of the amenities shown and more! (The bed is 72" x 70" when the rear couch is folded down and the table is taken down!)

The interior maximum height is 5' 9" ... after all, it is a Little Guy!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
I do not allow towing off road, or on gravel/dirt roads except within the campground.

For towing, you will need a vehicle capable of towing 3000 pounds (the camper only weighs 1800 dry, but you'll want cushion for the tanks and equipment), a 2" ball, a 7 pin connection (REQUIRED), and a brake controller is recommended (REQUIRED IN MOST INSTANCES), depending upon your tow vehicle's GVW.
http://www.mdt.mt.gov/travinfo/tire_restrictions.shtml Brakes are required on all wheels EXCEPT on trailers not exceeding 3,000 pounds provided that the total weight on and including the wheels of the trailer or trailers shall not exceed 40% of the gross weight of the towing unit, when connected to the trailer(s).

(The features say "rooftop" AC, and it is actually in the side wall ... and it works great if you're at a site with power or you have also rented my generator.)

Angie was great - if you read her listing, you will probably agree that it's the most comprehensive listing I've seen. She is conveniently located near to Glacier National Park. The teardrop was clean, and beyond well-stocked. we didn't need to bring anything except sleeping bags...

About the Owner, Angie

I have been a civil engineer, a mom, and I'm now a real estate agent in an area I've lived for 18 years and love! My kids are grown and I'm now able to spend free time running about exploring this beautiful state, and I bought this little T@b so that I can do so in comfort and be safe from the bears that roam our woods and campgrounds! I look forward to sharing the camper with both locals and visitors to our area.
