Ken was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to show me all the features of the RV when I came to pick it up.
Overall the experience was pretty good. Ken was great. He communicated very well and fixed an immediate issue with the generator. The wear and tear on the RV really showed as our trip continued. We had issues Immediately with the generator (Ken did get it repaired before we left), a door wouldn’t lock, some of the rubber corner covering broke off in mid ride and the levelers never worked.
Great first RV experience for my family. Ken did a great job waking me thru the basics before I picked it up, and then was totally available to answer any additional questions. The RV was exactly as described and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun adventure.
