Listing was not representative of the unit in it's current condition. The delivery was made on time but the set up was pathetic. Owner did not show. His delegate hurried through a chaotic setup with kid in tow. Completely unlevel. Black water tank already 1/3 full. Great water tank drain left open. Did not hook up dump lines. Wrong electrical converter used. Trouble with AC/Heat.
We had a great time with this trailer perfect size
