The tradition for those traveling to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh by RV is to camp overnight at Camp Scholler. Situated adjacent to the grounds, this massive campsite offers spots for tents, vehicles, and RVs under 30 feet or so. Camp Scholler's address is on Schaick Avenue in Oshkosh, WI.

If you prefer not to stay directly next to the air show's venue, Oshkosh provides a charming collection of unaffiliated campgrounds. This includes Sleepy Hollow Farm Campground and woodsy Hickory Oaks Campground.

RV Rental Tips for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh

With EAA AirVenture Oshkosh being one of the most beloved aviation events in the country, consider reserving your RV camping site as early as possible. If you'll be renting an RV and traveling with a big group, the good news is that Camp Scholler is famed for accommodating large RVs.

Each campsite at Camp Scholler measures in at around 20 feet wide by 30 feet long (600 square feet) to leave room for one RV and one vehicle. You'll have plenty of space with a Class A, B, or C RV.

Electrical and water hookups are available at improved campsites within Camp Scholler. Sites with hookups are available only on a first-come, first-served basis online. Other amenities at Camp Scholler include two grocery stores, free public Wi-Fi hot spots, food services, shower facilities, and an RV pumping station. EAA AirVenture Oshkosh provides six public parking lots on the grounds. Attendees can purchase parking passes in advance or on-site. The advance purchase daily parking costs $15, while on-site daily parking costs $25 at the gate. A weekly pass is available for $90.
