ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT

ON-SITE AMENITIES
SeatGeek Stadium offers ATMs, a first-aid station, lost and found, security, merchandise booths, water fountains, and indoor restrooms. Guest Services answers questions, addresses concerns, and provides ADA equipment, including wheelchairs and assisted listening devices. When you're hungry, visit the on-site restaurants. The Branding Iron serves classic American fare, such as burgers, pizzas and hot wings, while Krave Restaurant offers hearty breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. RVING AT THE EVENT
You can't set up camp at Summer Smash, but the Chicago area has plenty of campgrounds and RV parks. However, you will need transportation to the event, so plan to bring your vehicle or budget for a taxi or rideshare.
Blackwell Forest Preserve is located in Warrenville, and it is just a 20-minute drive to Chicago. A limited number of campsites are available for reservation, each with 20-amp electric hookups. You should check out the other amenities, including the hiking trails and fishing ponds. You can buy firewood on-site for your fire pit. A modern bathhouse with flush toilets is also available. For those wanting to find public transportation into the city, you can connect to the Metra train line in Naperville or Lisle.
Race View Farms is located on 160 acres in Joliet, and it is a family-owned and operated campground. You can find this park near some major attractions, including the Route 66 Raceway and Chicagoland Speedway. Every location offers 30-amp electric hookups and pull-through sites. Many people come here to set up camp for racing events, but it is also a perfect place to park your rig and head to Summer Smash. You can connect to the Metra train line from the Joliet station.
WHERE TO STAY

HOW TO GET THERE
Chicago is a major transportation hub, making it easy to reach by train, plane, or vehicle. Several major interstates— including I-55, I-90, I-94, I-290, and I-294— provide direct access to the city. If you are driving an RV, these highways offer the most efficient routes to downtown Chicago and the surrounding areas.
For those staying at suburban RV parks, public transportation is a convenient option. The Amtrak and Metra train lines connect the suburbs to downtown, with most routes stopping at Union Station. From there, you can take a bus or another train to Bridgeview, the home of Summer Smash.
If you are flying into Chicago to pick up an RV rental, you have two airport options. Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the largest in the region, is located 16 miles from downtown. Chicago Midway International Airport, a smaller but well-connected option, sits just 11 miles from the city center. Both airports offer rental services and easy access to highways and public transit.
PARKING
SeatGeek Stadium has multiple on-site parking lots with ADA spaces in Lot E3. If you'd prefer to park off-site, Bridgeview has a few other parking lots near US-43. Chicago RV parking is notoriously difficult, so consider reserving a space beforehand.
