Country Calling
The Country Calling Festival is a two-day outdoor country music event held at the Ocean City Inlet Beach in Ocean City, MD. In 2026, it runs from October 2 to October 3 and brings over 25 artists to three stages. RV travel is the best way to experience this event. It lets you swap overpriced beachfront hotels for your own home base on wheels that makes the most of this beautiful oceanside area. Country music fans, festivalgoers and anyone who's dreamed of catching a headliner with salt air in the breeze will love this event.
ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT
Country Calling packs in a lot beyond the music. The festival grounds include Jolly Roger at the Pier, a classic Ocean City amusement park. Plus, Boardwalk restaurants, bars and shops are open for you to explore between sets. And of course, there's the beach itself!
ON-SITE AMENITIES
The festival offers premium viewing areas, lounges and exclusive experiences depending on your ticket tier. Sponsors on-site include Busch Light, White Claw, Hoop Tea, Lucky One Lemonade and Yerba Mate. All attendees go through airport-style security at entry, so plan accordingly. As for the Country Calling bag policy, small clutches and fanny packs 6"x9" or under don't need to be clear as long as they have one pocket max. Anything larger needs to be clear and under 12"x6"x12". Hydration packs are allowed but must be emptied before you enter the festival grounds. If you want to breeze through the gate or leave bags in your RV, reserve an on-site locker in advance through Entertainment Lockers.

RVING AT THE EVENT
RV travel works well for Country Calling because several Ocean City-area campgrounds sit within a short drive or shuttle ride of the festival grounds. Most RVers stay at a nearby campground, then use a shuttle, rideshare, public transportation or a smaller vehicle to reach the Ocean City Inlet. This setup lets you enjoy the festival while keeping a comfortable RV base nearby for meals, rest and beach-town exploring.
