The New Jersey Beer & Food Festival has been a fun part of summer in Hamburg, New Jersey, for the past 10 years. It is a wonderful showcase of culinary food and beverages as presented by well-known chefs like Thomas Keller, Michael White, David Kinch, Daniel Boulud, David Bouley, Jose Andres and others. You will love the all-you-can-eat BBQ that includes homemade sausage, pulled pork, spit-roasted Berkshire pork and more. Besides all the food and more than 200 types of craft and specialty beers that are available for tasting, there are also many other activities like hot air balloon rides, a golf tournament and many unique outdoor games, like human foosball. There is also live music provided by Lima Bean Riot during the festival.

The park offers lovely lake views and plenty of wooded shade. Pets are allowed, and there is a pool and free Wi-Fi. Timberline Lake Camping Resort offers military and AAA discounts.
Pleasant Acres Farm Campground - Pleasant Acres is a unique RV campground in Sussex that is an actual working farm. Guests can interact with the animals, and there are activities that immerse visitors in real farm life. Both the young and the old will have a great time. The little ones will love the animal meet and greet and the opportunity to milk a cow and shear a sheep. There are also crafty activities for everyone and a swimming pool. This campground has been in operation for 45 years and has 290 back-in or pull-through 30- and 50-amp sites. There is free Wi-Fi, and pets are allowed.
Beachcomber Camping Resort - This 100-acre wooded park has two spring-fed lakes with plenty of boating activities. You can swim and fish. There are three adult pools and three kiddie pools plus a large beach area. During the spring and fall, the hosts offer themed activities, and guests have access to an arcade room, two laundry facilities and a well-stocked campground store with groceries, fishing supplies and camping gear. The adult clubhouse has a pool table, a dartboard, a fireplace and cable TV. There are 820 back-in sites with full 30- or 50-amp hookups. Pets are allowed, and there is free Wi-Fi.

From Philadelphia, take I-95 to New Brunswick, Highway 18 to Piscataway, I-287 and Highway 23. Turn right on Highway 94 to Crystal Springs.

Crystal Springs Resort offers free parking for all guests. The venue also has valet parking for registered guests from the Grand Cascades Lodge.
General admission prices are $TBA for admission to the festival at 3 p.m. VIP admission prices are $TBA and include early admission at 2 p.m. and a free gift. The festival is open to all ages 21 and older, and the event is held rain or shine.
