The closest hotel to EPCOT is the Disney Beach Club Resort, which is listed as a five-to-seven-minute walk from EPCOT. If you'd prefer something a little more low-key than staying at Walt Disney World itself, then the Magnolia Inn Bed & Breakfast is an outstanding place. At 35 miles away, it's close enough for a quick drive to EPCOT and far enough to be peaceful and quaint. The staff of the property encourages you to enjoy a cool drink on the porch swing and then explore the historic Mount Dora downtown. The property does not allow pets.

HOW TO GET THERE

From Jacksonville: Take I-95 south until you reach the junction with I-4. Then, follow I-4 south-southwest through Orlando and on to Lake Buena Vista. Watch for signs for EPCOT. • From Miami: Drive north on I-95. At the junction with U.S. Route 192, take it west. Follow it until you reach the junction with I-4 in Orlando. Then, proceed south-southwest on I-4 and look for signs to EPCOT.

Parking at EPCOT encompasses nearly 12,000 spaces. There are other parking areas of similar size attached to various points throughout the entire complex of Walt Disney World.
